Being an educator and advocate for gender diversity and gender equity across the academic spectrum requires a comprehensive understanding of the historical and contemporary patriarchal dynamics at work in enforcing the binary-centric cage we live in. This workshop will discuss key aspects of this through sharing content from TransActive Gender Project's Gender Diversity Certificate Program at the Lewis & Clark Graduate School of Education and Counseling.
