Rebecca Rodas (she/her/ella) currently works for the Oregon Employment Department as an Equity and Inclusion Analyst. She also serves as the Co-Director of Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) for the Gender Advocacy and Inclusion Network (GAIN) organization executive board, and has held previous roles within city government, higher education, and community engagement. She received her master's degree in Educational Leadership and Policy from Portland State University and her undergraduate degree in Family and Human Services from the University of Oregon.

As the JEDI director, Rebecca aims her efforts on uplifting gender identities and broaden the organization's purpose to reflect gender-equity-focused priorities. She was able to design and implement a JEDI training curriculum, support a team of gender and racial equity practitioners, promote practices that reflect an inclusive organizational identity, and compensate individuals who have been harmed by oppression for their leadership in equity work. She believes in cultivating a community of support and empowerment for women of color and other gender identities in the workplace to collectively change systems that produce harmful experiences. In her free time, she enjoys spending time in Southern Oregon, adventuring in nature, and spending quality time with her community, mom, and dog, Thor.
